Thought to share: When I have given you a promise, that means it’s already done. I AM not like humans, making promises they cannot keep or promises that then need to be fulfilled. When I give you MY word it’s already done, completed and finalized. You don’t need to cross your fingers. You can stand firmly and securely on MY promises. This is your hope – your confident expectation. You only need to trust ME and follow ME into your promise. Don’t waiver. Don’t doubt. Know that what you don’t yet see is a greater reality than what you do see and rest in ME.
2Corinthians 1:20 (NLT) For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!” And through Christ, our “Amen” (which means “Yes”) ascends to God for His glory.
2Peter 1:4 (NLT) And because of His glory and excellence, He has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share His divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.

Hi Kim so simply and emphatically stated. I am printing this and sticking it in a place where I can remind myself of this truth every day and as often as possible. I guess it is because of the season of my life, Jesus is revealing Himself in a way that I don’t ever want to forget even when i enter into a new season in life. Yes He has accomplished it all.
