A little off the subject nonetheless I would like to understand what it means to have your lamp filled with oil and how to do that I realize oil represents the Holy Spirit I’m not sure what a lamp represents can you help me understand this

You are correct, Holy Spirit is the oil. And you are the lamp. As a lamp, we are to keep ourselves filled with Holy Spirit by soaking in His Presence, talking to Him, listening to Him, and following Him. We keep ourselves full by staying aware of Him and growing deeper in relationship with Him.
