Thought to share: Rest. You need rest. Rest for your mind. Rest for your emotions. Rest in your soul. Rest does not mean doing nothing. It is not necessarily the absence of work. Rest is the Presence of Peace. Rest is ME surrounding you. It is MY Being covering you. So enter into rest as you work today. Be at rest as you live life. Let ME engulf you with MY Presence and surround you with MY Peace.
