Thought to share: Don’t rush the process. Don’t hurry through the journey. If you hurry through this season, you’ll miss all I AM doing now. And, I AM doing incredible things while you wait. I AM developing character in you. I AM revealing MY heart to you. I AM demonstrating MY faithfulness to you. I AM allowing you to experience MY goodness as you see the perfection of MY timing. Slow down. Relax. Enjoy. It makes the process so much better.
Psalm 27:14 (TPT) Here’s what I’ve learned through it all: Don’t give up; don’t be impatient; be entwined as one with the LORD. Be brave and courageous, and never lose hope. Yes, keep on waiting—for he will never disappoint you!
Psalm 37:7 (NLT) Be still in the presence of the LORD, and wait patiently for Him to act.
Don’t worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes.
Psalm 130:5 (Amp) I wait [patiently] for the LORD, my soul [expectantly] waits, And in His word do I hope.
Psalm 33:20 (Amp) We wait [expectantly] for the LORD; He is our help and our shield.

Such a good word, thank you. I sometimes feel I’m so far away from the Christian He wants me to be. But as time passes, I know his faithfulness to me. I’m uncomfortable when I’m acting in a way that doesn’t glorify Him. I can feel my character changing, my love becoming more genuine, my compassion for others more complete. I enjoy every second of seeking and learning of our Father and will cherish it all.
